Citizens over the age of 18 who have applied for the service are eligible for payment in the Diia application, according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 381 dated 21.04.2023.

Funds are provided if the housing

• Is damaged by hostilities after February 24, 2022
  After the entry into force of the Decree of the President of Ukraine «On the Introduction of Martial Law in Ukraine» dated February 24, 2022 No. 64/2022
• Is located in the non-occupied territory
  In accordance with the list of territories where hostilities are (were) conducted or temporarily occupied approved by the Ministry of Reintegration
• Is subject to restoration
  According to the commission's assessment, the following was not recognized as unrecoverable
• Was not repaired by the owner
  Assistance is available if the owner has not yet made repairs at his/her own expense

Funds are provided for the following types of housing

• Private houses
• Apartments
• Residential premises

Funds can be spent:

• On the purchase of building materials
• On ordering repair services
  The credited funds can only be spent in non-cash form exclusively in building stores and from contractors who are participants in the eRecovery program and are registered with the MSS – code 5211 (building stores), 5231 (paint and wallpaper stores), 1520 (building contractors).
