The “Explicit Buyer” Project of Ukrainian Interbank Association of Payment Systems Members (ЕМА) identified the leaders of the banking market.

The project task is to assess by different criteria usability of on-line and mobile banking of physical persons, quality and quantity of the offered services.

The research results were represented by Oleksandr Karpov, the Director of ЕМА, at Digital&SecurityCashlessDay Conference 2018.

Based on the research findings Bank Vostok was in the TOP-5 of banks, having taken the 4th place.

In 2018 the Bank launched a lot of services, among which are connecting of cards to SMS and 3D-Secure services, payment through GooglePay and Masterpass, card limit management, expenditure analyses, transfer of funds by a telephone number, and many others.
