If you overdue the payment of interest for using a loan or payment for the loan itself, you will need to pay the double discount interest rate of the NBU that is in effect during the period for which the penalty is paid, but not more than 15 percent of the amount of the late payment.
The Bank has the right, in the cases specified by the agreement, to demand early repayment of loan payments and compensation for losses caused by the violation of the obligation.
According to the current legislation of Ukraine, in case of delinquency by a client under a consumer loan agreement during the continuance of quarantine established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine throughout Ukraine in order to prevent the spread of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in Ukraine, fulfillment of obligations under a consumer loan agreement (including, but not limited to, delays by the consumer in the fulfillment of obligations payments), the consumer is released from liability to the lender for such delay.
The Bank has the right to enter information into the credit bureau / credit register of the National Bank of Ukraine; the client's failure to fulfill obligations under the consumer lending agreement entails the formation of a negative credit history, which can be taken into account by the bank when making a decision on granting a loan in future.
The Bank does not require the client to purchase any goods or services from the bank or similar or related person as a mandatory condition for the provision of these services (except for the provision of banking services package).
The Bank shall make changes to the agreement only by agreement with the client (party to the agreement), unless otherwise provided by the agreement or the legislation of Ukraine.
The client has the right to refuse to receive advertising materials that may be sent to him by means of remote communication channels in future.
